- 1⁄2 cup white distilled vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Layer cucumber and onion in bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over cucumbers and refrigerate several hours.
- Toss before serving.
