I'm afraid I won't make this again. I also found it bland - apart from the raw kick of the curry powder. Finding the vegie/apple mixture very dry, I also omitted the flour and added only the curry powder and salt - still dry and not very tasty so added some moisture by way of 1/4 cup pure apple juice. This improved it a little but not enough to make this a dish I would have again.

this was not what i expected. while the flavor was fairly good and an interesting mix with the apples, it was too bland for my taste. the flour (even though i cooked it and stirred it) just kind of stuck to the vegies, but didn't really do anything else. maybe adding chix broth to make a sauce? i did add extra curry but it was still too bland.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!!
I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch.
We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
