- Beat in eggs.
- Stir in rhubarb.
- Pie crust in bottom of plate.
- Place ingredients in plate, then cover with crust.
- Brush top crust with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

I live in an RV and am traveling on the road with my family. Daddy is a travel welder and we go where the work is. The girls love to eat home cooked meals. I am a stay at home mom.
