Directions

  1. Grease 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
  2. Place hash browns in pan. Top with ham, vegetables and cheeses.
  3. Beat eggs with half and half and salt. Pour over meat and potatoes.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
