Marinated in recipe #191804 & followed this recipe as instructed with very flavorful, crunchy results. I did spray lightly with butter flavored cooking spray to ensure maximum crispness. Thanks for sharing, everyone including my 2 year old complimented this over and over! Served with Brussels sprouts & Parmesan noodles. Thanks for sharing!

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. :) I omitted the flour and added garlic powder as a seasoning. This is a great low carb alternative for "breading". This made a nice moist piece of chicken. I had to cook the chicken for 25 minutes after cooking them for 20 minutes and some of the chicken was still pink on the inside. Thank you for the recipe!

Really Really GOOD! I saw this recipe in a magazine and have been meaning to make it. I am so glad that I finally got around to it! It will be made regularly now! I also had to cook the chicken for about 40-50 minutes. I added garlic powder and Tony Chaceries to the egg for more flavor. I served with green bean casserole (I threw it in with the chicken!)and rice pilaf. Thank you for posting!

I replaced 1/2 cup of the French's onions with 1/2 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs. It added a little extra crunch. I also added seasoning to the flour/onion/bread crumb mixture. Just a couple tablespoons of oregano, sun dried tomato flakes, red pepper flakes (or paprika, either works), dried minced garlic, and season salt. I closed the plastic bag and shook the mixture together to distribute the spices evenly. The flavor was amazing, and that extra crunch gave it pizzazz.
