- 2 medium tomatoes
- 5 plum tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon salt
- cilantro, to taste
- 1⁄2 medium red onion
directions
- Process tomatoes (reserve a few for a rough chop), garlic, salt, cilantro, and red onion.
- Add chopped tomatoes to the mixture.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve with tortilla chips or mix into a casserole like I do.
