Frozen Lemon Squares

- 1 1⁄4 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice (Realemon is my preference)
- 3 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
- 1 (1 liter) container Cool Whip, thawed
directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine crumbs, sugar and melted margarine; press firmly into 8 or 9-inch square pan.
- Stir sweetened condensed milk, Realemon juice and food coloring; pour into pan.
- Bake 8 minutes. Cool.
- Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
