ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise (I use hellmans light)
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 lb new red small potato, unpeeled, halved, cooked until tender and cooled
- 1 lb new white small potato, unpeeled, halved, cooked until tender and cooled
- 1⁄2 lb green beans, cut into 2 in. pieces, blanced
- 1⁄2 lb yellow beans, cut into 2 in. pieces, blanced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup chopped fresh dill
directions
- Mix dressing, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
