- 5 ounces onions
- 3 ounces fresh ginger
- 3 ounces white vinegar
- 3 ounces Japanese soy sauce
- 1 ounce vegetable oil
directions
- Peel and roughly chop ginger.
- Peel and roughly chop onion.
- Process in food processor about 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce and vinegar.
- Process for 1 minute.
- Drizzle in vegetable oil and process 2 minutes.
