Very good. I only made 1/2 recipe to increase ease of handling. I used a full recipe 's worth of coconut, no sesame seeds, and didn't use maple syrup since I didn't have any. Even with reduced sweetener, the granola was quite tasty - though next time I will try to have the syrup on hand as that will taste even better! Thank you. : )

Excellent granola!! A lovely, crunchy, toasty treat that is wonderful by the bowlful or handful. My nut of choice was pecans. I omitted the sesame seeds as I didn't have any and didn't bother adding any dried fruit since I didn't feel like it needed it. The prebaked mixture is a lot wetter than other granolas I've made so I was a little worried it wasn't going to dry out properly. I baked it about 45 minutes because of this but considering how much it crisped up once it was cool, I think I could have taken it out 5-10 minutes earlier. Make sure you spray your pans!! I did the first one but forgot to spray the second one and the granola really stuck. Thanks for sharing this flavorful recipe! I'll be making this one again!
