Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove seeds from chiles and lay flat on bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Mix cheese, eggs and mustard, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of hot sauce.
  4. Add salt and pepper if desired.
  5. Pour over chiles and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut into bite sized squares.
