Grilled Lime Chicken With Pineapple Salsa

ingredients
- 5 5 tablespoons yellow mustard or 5 tablespoons honey dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons thawed frozen limeade concentrate or 4 tablespoons lemonade concentrate
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1⁄2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
- 1⁄2 large red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
directions
- Mix 3 tablespoons mustard, 3 tablespoons limeade concentrate and cumin in plastic food storage bag. Add chicken, seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
- Stir together pineapple, bell pepper, cilantro and remaining mustard and limeade concentreate in medium bowl.
- Grill chicken over medium heat until no longer pink in center. Serve with salsa.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
