  1. This was YUMMY! I used several different kinds of cheeses (cheddar, Monterrey Jack, Swiss, and some Velveeta to make it extra creamy.) I like a crunchy topping, so I put it in a greased casserole and topped it with buttery cracker crumbs and baked it for about 15 minutes. My husband and I LOVED the flavors! Fantastic recipe!

  2. The amount of Swiss was too powerful for a toddler's palate. The recipe is good though I think if I make it again i'll halve the amount of Swiss cheese and add Gouda.

  3. Supper yummy! I used broccoli instead of peas and it turned out great! Thanks!

  4. I made this on 4/4/08 for our dinner and for "Spring PAC 2008".I followed the the recipe exactly as written, except I only made half since were only two of us.I wasn't sure what type of mustard this called for, so ground was used. The dish was finished up in the oven to give it more of a "crusty top".This was very good the night we had it and the leftovers reheheated very well the next day. This wil be made again. Thanks for posting and,"Keep Smiling :)"

  5. I made this recipe for lunch today because I had some leftover spiral ham that I needed to use up. This was a wonderful recipe to use my ham up in! I didn't have any peas so I omitted those from the recipe and I just used whatever cheese I had in the fridge. This was cheesy, delicious, and filling. Total comfort food. Thanks for posting this recipe!
