“I love quiche and this is the best recipe I ever tried, comes from my friend Manon. I'm posting the ham and spinach but you can try it with different ingredients, just switch the ham for chicken, bacon & tomatoes, seafood... It can freeze ok but it's better fresh out of the oven. You can also take this recipe and make mini-quiches, enjoy!”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • frozen pie crust (9 inches)
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup cream (15% or half and half)
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of minced ham (or 1 can of ham, chicken, tuna etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped spinach (about 3 nuggets of frozen spinach drained)

Directions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Pour into the pie crust.
  3. Bake for about 35 minutes in 375 F oven until top is golden,.
