  3. Stir in ham; heat through.
  4. Add evaporated milk.
  5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add drained, cooked spaghetti to pan.
  7. Add parmesan cheese; top with parsley.
  8. Serve immediately.
