This recipe is anything but healthy. Sorry to offend you, but just because it's low fat, doesn't make it healthy. Any kind of mix is bad for, any kind of unnatural substitute is bad for you, too. Sorry, but whole grain products are usually the way to go if you are aiming for a healthy Life style. (Applesauce is always a goo sub for fat's in quick bread recipes!)

I've always been in love with Hawaii. I went on vacation there and have wanted to go back ever since and live there. Im a very healthy person, I work out everyday and try to eat whats best for my body.I enjoy being active; i bike, run, kayak, walk and do whatever I can to get my blood pumping! I'm currently a junior in college, majoring in Fine Arts. My hope is to become an Art Therapist. Currently I'm in a relationship with my boyfriend, Mark. He balances my crazy life with his calm ways.
As far as baking and cooking, I've had a love for it since I was little. It runs in the family too, my great grandmother made the best cookies and homemade noodles and fried chicken. My grandmother makes the most amazing dinner rolls and my other gma makes wonderful gumbo. I enjoy baking the most; cookies and fresh baked breads are my faves to make. All in all I just enjoy being in the kitchen and making food that gets rave reviews.
