  • In the food processor, mix avocados, bananas, and agave nectar until smooth. Blend in cocoa to taste. Blend in vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Serve in cups, with fruit, or use as icing. Enjoy!

  1. This is pretty good. My almost 3 year old son LOVED it! And I didnt feel guilty about letting him eat a big bowl of it. It was like a nice smooth creamy pudding, I love the texture! Flavor is great too.
     
  2. I coudn't believe it would work but it really does. Agave nectar isn't available here so I have used honey insted. Yummy!
     
  3. You've got to be kidding me, avacados and chocolate? I'm sure I'm not the only person that is going to be wondering! But let me assure you this recipe is delicious!!! I would describe it more as a creamy pudding than a mousse, but either way -- YUM! This one is going in my healthy dessert file. And now I'm wondering who I can sneak it to. No one will ever believe the ingredients...
