  • Whir up first 3 ingredients in a food processor until just combined.
  • Slowly pour the oil in a small stream while the processor is on. This is very important! Don't rush.
  • When you've added all the oil, the mayo will have a thick consistency. Pop it in a container in the fridge and use as needed.
