  1. Excellent! Although I couldn't find frozen bread dough at my grocer, I had to use refrigerated Pizza Crust dough, but the recipe turned out superbly! I stepped back on pepperoni (don't really like pepperoni) and filled in with the other meats... No complaints here! Only compliments. My husband, my son, and I give this recipe a righteous 5 stars!

  2. Very good stromboli. We couldnt find the frozen white bread so used a thin crust pillsbury refrigerated pizza dougn which worked very well. Needed to bake the full hour or a bit more to make sure the dough was cooked through. Will definitely make this again.

  4. This was very good. The whole family was impressed. We gobbled this up like a bunch of turkey's. A few quick tips to help - roll out the bread dough on the thin side. It's much easier to handle and roll out this way! Next time I will make 2 stromboli's.(One out of each loaf of bread dough) We prefered it with a very small amount spaghetti sauce in the stromboli itself. My kids really enjoyed dipping the stromboli into the heated left over sauce. I baked it on a pizza stone and it browned up beautifully. If you put a little butter on the top and then sprinkle it with parmesan cheese and italian seasoning before you pop it in the oven, it's even yummier! Thanks for the great recipe - The kids are still begging us for more.
