ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups warm water
- dry yeast
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup softened butter
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups wheat flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups rolled oats
- 4 cups bread machine flour
directions
- preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- combine all ingredients, knead for about seven minutes or until dough is no longer wet
- let bread rise until doubled in size.
- punch down and shape into loaves.
- let it double in size.
- Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
