ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 3⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄3 cup skim milk
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Chop onion and garlic.
- Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Roll into 1-1.5 inch meatballs (turkey doesn't shrink while cooking, beef will shrink slightly).
- Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
