- 2 cups Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 ripe bananas
directions
- Cream butter and sugar, add mashed bananas then add the remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 375 for 1 hour, makes two loafs.
