- 2 lbs elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 12 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
- 2 1⁄2 lbs ham, fully cooked and cubed
- 16 ounces frozen peas, thawed
- 3 cups celery, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 4 ounces diced pimentos, drained
- 4 cups mayonnaise
directions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain and cool completely.
- Place in a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
