Directions

  1. Peel and slice potatoes in rounds. Boil until done.
  2. Add onion, celery, salt & pepper, caraway seed, mustard, Miracle.
  3. Whip, add pickle relish.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Peel and slice eggs and fold into potato salad.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Chill several hours.
  8. Serve.
