Marshmallow Fruit Dip

- 8 ounces cream cheese (I use low-fat)
- 8 ounces marshmallow cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
directions
- Soften cream cheese to about room temperature.
- Mix cream cheese with marshmallow fluff in a medium mixing bowl with a spoon (don't try this in a blender, doesn't work well).
- Stir in vanilla.
- Put dip in small serving bowl on large plate with cut up fruit arranged around it and serve!

I posted this, too. Didn't see it here before I posted, but mine is without the vanilla. I love this so much. The simplicity is incredible and adults love it as much as kids do. It is the perfect dip. My kids also spread it on top of cinnamon toast, I use it on my spice cake and my pumpkin bread insted of messing with cream cheese frosting. Delicious! You have given me an idea to try it with strawberry extract. Thanks.
