Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 12 cups water
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 lb concecuh sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb peeled shrimp

Directions

  1. In a 11x9 pan, mix together rice, water, rotel, cream of mushroom, and cream of celery soup.
  2. Cover with foil and cook at 350 until rice is cooked (about 45 minutes).
  3. Add sausage and shrimp.
  4. Mix and heat through (about 15 or 20 minutes or so).
