  • Divide oranges, cantaloupe and carrots and among 6 salad plates.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard and mint.
  • Drizzle over salads.

  1. What made this even more Moroccan in flavor was the addition of a small amount of orange blossom water to the dressing. Fresh mint from our garden, fresh carrots from our CSA box. Made for ZWT9.
     
  2. This was really good and simple to make. I made this for 20 people as a side dish to Recipe #428649 for my daughter's birthday and could have easily doubled it with as fast as it disappeared.   4. What a wonderful little salad, the flavors were great, a nice mix. The only thing we would do different next time is cut back on the carrots, they tended to dominate the salad where the oranges and cntaloupe have the flavor.
