- 1⁄8 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dill weed
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1⁄4 bay leaf
- 1 medium potato
- 1⁄4 cup clam
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons green peppers
- 2 tablespoons celery
- 2 tablespoons onions
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic
- 1⁄2 cup asparagus
- 1⁄4 cup corn
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons cheddar cheese
directions
- chop potato, put in bowl with a tsp water cover and microwave, stirring occassionally until tender.
- meanwhile, saute veggies in olive oil.
- Once tender add everything bring to a boil.
- let cool and enjoy.

I'm a food junky. I also work very hard to eat a healthy varied diet. Almost every weekend i'll spend several hours experimenting to make a delicious nutritious new handful of recipes. When i'm not cooking i'm looking for the next hiking/camping/ backpacking/kayaking trip to take. I swear I'm solar powered. I have a beautiful dog who accompanies me on nearly all trips. I also have a wonderful husband whome holds down the fort until my return.
My poor hubby does not have a healthy food palate. He provides me plenty of challenge trying to find healthier (but not obviously) savory foods.
