- 3 cups new mexico red chili sauce
- 1 lb pork or 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 1⁄2 cups beef stock or 1 1/2 cups water
directions
- Place the ingredients in a heavy saucepot, or crockpot.
- Add the beef stock or water, mixing well.
- Simmer for 2-4 hours, or 8-10 hours in a crockpot.
