This was quite good - to be honest, I've never had quiche with crab in it before, so it was quite a pleasant surprise. DH was quite pleased with these as well. I made in ramekins like some of the other reviewers, baking 20 minutes, which was perfect. I made using GF crackers instead of the ritz, and that worked out just fine. I served this with a lovely tomato/onion salad and it was perfect! I will definitely make these again, as they were really quick and easy, and the ingredient list is not so long that it takes forever to get these in the oven! Thanks for posting Nif - we're taking the left-overs for lunch. Made for the Herbaceous Curvaceous Honeys, ZWT8 - France.

Made this as an appetizer, just to serve two, baked in mini ramekins for about 20 minutes. This was perfect to use up some canned crab I had. Super easy and really tasty. Drizzled a little truffle oil on. Didn't use cheddar cheese, but a young goat Gouda from Holland, that I adore and it worked so so well. Thanks Nif for posting! Made for ZWT 5

I love great food and I particularly like trying cuisines new to me! Although I don't prepare as much food as I used to, creating in my kitchen is still one of my favourite things to do. Enjoy!
