Nif's Yummy Basic Meatballs

ingredients
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs, fresh preferred
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt, Hy's preferred
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 3 egg whites (or 1 egg)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
directions
- Mix all ingredients (by hand of course!).
- Roll equally into 16 meatballs.
- In a cold, large saucepan, add meatballs.
- Turn heat to medium and toss pan gently so meatballs aren't 'square-ish'.
- Cook and continue to roll around meatballs until cooked through.
- Use in spaghetti sauce or add mushroom soup and pour over rice or noodles.
