  • Separate eggs. Beat whites until very stiff. Add cream of tartar. Beat yolks adding oil and orange juice.
  • Mix together dry ingredients. Add yolk mixture to dry ingredients and beat. When mixed, fold in beaten egg whites.
  • Pour into angel food cake pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cool upside down.
