  • Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces and pan fry in oil.
  • Cook pad thai noodles according to package directions.
  • Whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice, canola oil and brown sugar. Set aside.
  • Scramble eggs in with the chicken.
  • Combine noodles, eggs, and sauce. Top with cilantro, green onions and peanuts.
