- 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped dried dates
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped dried apricot
- 1 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup honey
directions
- Whisk the powdered milk, chia seeds and wheat germ together.
- Mix in the dates and apricots and stir until well coated.
- Add in peanut butter and honey and mix until combined (easiest with hands).
- Form into small balls (mine were about 1/2-2/3 the size of a golf ball).
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
