- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix together karo syrup, sugar butter, vanilla and the eggs.
- Add pecans and stir to mix.
- Pour into a prepared 9" pie shell.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes then lower oven to 325 and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes until center is set.
