- 4 roma tomatoes
- 6 green onions
- 2 large jalapenos (including seeds)
- 1⁄8 cup fresh cilantro, tops only
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1⁄2 anaheim chili
- 1 tablespoon lime, juice of
- salt
- habanero pepper (optional)
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until coarse.

Very good! Although I would have preferred the texture/consistency more if I had chopped everything by hand, I was tired and your idea of tossing it all in the food processor was very appealing. Had it ready in a flash and would like to have snapped a quick photo, but we also ate it up in a flash. :) Our local tomatoes are at their best right now, so I used those rather than the romas. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
