Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 inches flat bread (Boboli)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 12 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
  • 14 cup chopped Greek olive
  • 2 -3 slices baked ham, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425*. Spread olive oil over bread and coat crust with marinara.
  2. Arrange artichokes, olives, ham and capers over top. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned.
