ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 1 large tomatoes
- 1 pickle
- 1 green onion (white part and small amount of green)
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper (to taste)
- paprika (to garnish)
directions
- Boil potatoes and eggs, cool, peel and cut into bite sized pieces.
- Chop the tomato. Chop the pickle and onion very fine.
- Mix all ingredients (except garnish) in large bowl, add garnish and refrigerate until ready to eat.
