  • 1 lb of raw hamburger or 1 lb sausage
  • 1 cup of uncooked white rice
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup or 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup
  • 2 cups milk (more as needed)

Directions

  1. 1.Grease a 9x11(or 9x13) baking dish
  2. 2.Sprinkle the uncooked rice in the bottom; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  3. 3.Cover with the uncooked, raw hamburger or sausage; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  4. 4.Cover with 1 can of soup.
  5. 5. Pour milk over all. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes.
