- 5 -6 raspberries
- 1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
- 5 5 tablespoons safflower oil or 5 tablespoons walnut oil
- salt
- pepper
directions
- In blender or a food processor, puree the raspberries until smooth.
- Slowly add the vinegar, and then oil. Continue to blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
