I had every intention of making the recipe as written. But after checking three different grocery stores, none had raspberry cream cheese in stock. So I used plain cream cheese and stirred in about 2 T seedless raspberry Polaner All-fruit. I also used plain yogurt in place of sour cream because my teenage son left the sour cream out on the counter overnight! But after all that, the dip was delicious. I blended the ingredients together in the food processor to achieve a very smooth dip. We ate with strawberries, grapes and sliced apples. Made for PAC Spring 2009. Update: The flavor really comes together if allowed to refrigerate overnight.

I am a busy mom both with stuff at home and my work. My kids and husband love to try new creations so they are right at home with my love of recipes. It is fun to make something and try several different ways at it. I love to try different enchilada recipes, recipes for various ice teas, and anything that gets food on the table on the weeknights. Restaurant recipes for the weekends are another favorite.
