  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients except ketchup.
  3. Spead mixture in ungreased loaf pan, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 or 9 x 5 x 3 inches, or shape into 9 x 5-inch loaf in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
  4. Spread ketchup over top.
  5. Bake uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until thermometer reads 160 degrees Farheinheit.
