- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 onion
- 1 tablespoon season salt
- 2 lbs red potatoes
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup cheese
directions
- Brown ground beef with onions.
- Sprinkle meat with season salt.
- Peal, chop, and boil potatoes.
- Add salt to the potatoes.
- Once meat is fully cooked, drain if needed and place meat at the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Once potatoes are fully cooked, drain and mash.
- Add milk to the potatoes and mix.
- Add potatoes on top of the meat in the casserole dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Enjoy!
