- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 lb mushroom, halved
- 1 (10 ounce) can beef broth
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
directions
- Brown beef in oil in a frying pan. Salt and pepper to taste, place in slow cooker.
- Add onions, garlic and mushrooms to slow cooker.
- Mix flour and beef broth, add to slow cooker with wine, Dijon and Worcestershire.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Add sour cream and stir to combine, heat through before serving.
