Smokey Chipotle Grilled White Fish

"I used basa fish, but other white fish would work also. This marinade really makes a great tasting fish and it's not too spicy. Prep time does not include marinade time."

directions

  • Chop chili and cilantro and mix with juice of 1/2 a lime. A small food processor works great for this.
  • Marinade fish in mixture for several hours or over night in a zip-top bag in the fridge.
  • Grill fish on high for 3 or 4 minutes per side.
  • Serve with lime wedges from the other half of the lime.

  1. I opted to bake this, but loved the recipe! It's simple, but adds a punch of flavor by marinading. Served with Recipe #7073. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
