  • 1. Pre-heat skillet or Wok to medium to high heat.
  • 2. lightly spray skillet and cook squid rings for approximately 7-8 Minutes.
  • 3. Add one minute Stir Fry mix and cook until mix begins to soften.
  • 4. Add soy sauce, mix and cover for 3-4 Minutes.
  • 5. Re introduce squid and Slim noodles, mix together, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • 6. Remove from heat and serve.
