Chicken Marinade
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup chili sauce (Heavenly Chef Hunan Red Chile Sauce is the best taste I have found)
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cumin
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Blue Cheese Dip (dressing)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1⁄3 cups mayonnaise (if making dressing use 1 cup milk 1/3 cup mayo)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 -6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped fine
directions
- For the chicken: In bowl mix all ingredients except chicken let marinade 1-4 hours. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve the marinade) and cook in a skillet. When chicken is almost cooked (drain any extra chicken juices) add the marinade cook until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
- For the Dressing: Add all ingredients together and refrigerate till chilled.
