My brother brought this dip over on New Year's Eve. I couldn't stop eating it! I loved it so much I asked him for the recipe, and he gave it to me. I was going to post it here, but I found this one. It is exactly the same but without the sour cream. This is definitely not a low-fat recipe. It's very creamy and delicious!

I am not much of a cook. Or I should say, I used to not be. It used to be just take-out and fast food. But I have started once a month cooking and I just love it. So maybe I can become a decent cook after all.
