Yum! I cut the recipe back to 3 servings for just my grandson and me and cooked it in an individual gratin dish. Very simple and very tasty. I used a 4-cheese blend which was really good too. I had to cook these for considerably longer than the directions stated. I cooked them about 10 minutes longer several times - ended up at almost an hour total time to get them nice and tender. Other than that - these were great! Thanks FeelinYummy for sharing. Made for PAC Spring 2010.

I'm a 35 single mom of one wonderful 16 year old son who happens to be the world's pickiest eater. I'm a human resource director for a non-profit private special education school. Cooking is my #1 hobby. Ironically, I became interested in all things cullinary after I had gastric bypass surgery 7 years ago. Losing that much weight & as quickly as I did really changed my relationship with food. (I lost 128 lbs - 258 lbs before, 130 lbs now)
