Directions

  1. Peel and cube potatoes boil in salt water about 20 minutes.
  2. Chop green onions including tops.
  3. Chop the onions.
  4. Slice and cook the sausage until hot.
  5. Drain potatoes and put back in pot add all the onions and broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
  6. Add cream cheese stir till blended. Add pinch of salt and 4 drops of Tabasco.
  7. Add sausage.
  8. Stir until hot.
  9. Sprinkle paprika on top.
  10. Serves 6-8.
